Default Weather - In towns

I was in Kamadan yesterday, and I was thinking how neat it would be if they made weather sometimes in town. I like the snowy atmosphere (although it might be nice without the wintersday decor), and there is a part of Elona that has rain, and that is really nice.

So it might be neat if they could make it rain or snow, or maybe even be nighttime sometimes in some towns. Maybe make the weather be there for a day or so.

Just to add some variation.

I'm sorry Bibblenorn, but this has been suggested many times and will probably be closed very quickly for being redundant.

All glitter, no substance.

It would look nice, but how about 20 more missions, 10 more pvp maps, rather than redecoration of existing places.
